Yard Work We Do
We're a family-owned company, business licensed, and we've been working yards around here since 2018. Most calls start with one problem, like a thin lawn or a palm dropping fronds on the roof, and we look at the rest of the yard while we're there. We cover routine lawn care and seasonal cleanup, bigger jobs like sod installation, landscape design and hardscape installation, and the heavy work: tree trimming and removal, palm tree pruning, stump grinding and bamboo removal.

Lawn Care
Regular mowing, edging, feeding and weed control, adjusted through the year so your grass holds up in summer heat and stays green through the dry spring.
Landscape Design
A planting and layout plan for your yard, drawn after we walk it with you and timed so new plants go in when they can root before the hard months.
Mulch and Beds
We pull weeds, cut clean edges and lay mulch or pine straw at a proper depth so your beds hold water and stay put through the rainy season.
Irrigation
We fix broken heads, leaks and controllers, rebalance zones, and install new sprinkler systems so your lawn and beds get the right water each season.
Seasonal Cleanup
Leaf drop, overgrown shrubs, weedy beds and storm prep handled in one visit, timed to what the next few months will bring.
Sod Installation
We strip worn-out turf, fix the grade and lay fresh sod picked for your yard's sun and shade, timed so it roots before the hard months.
Hardscape Installation
Paver patios, walkways, fire pit areas and low retaining walls, built on a compacted base and pitched so water runs away from your home.
Tree Trimming and Removal
We thin canopies, cut deadwood and take down trees that have to go, with the timing planned around Florida's storm season.
Palm Tree Pruning and Removal
We trim dead fronds, seed pods and loose boots, and remove sick or leaning palms, so your yard has less to drop when summer storms hit.
Stump Grinding
We grind old stumps and surface roots below the soil line, clean up the chips and leave the spot ready for grass, a bed or a patio.
Bamboo Removal
We cut bamboo down, dig out the spreading rhizomes that bring it back, haul off the debris and leave the ground ready for grass or beds.
Property Cleanup
We take an overgrown or neglected yard back to clean ground, cutting brush, pulling vines and hauling every load away so you can start fresh.
What Sets the Price
Every yard is different, so we price after we've seen it. These are the things that move the number up or down. None of them are a surprise once we've walked the property together.
Estimates are free and done in person, and we write them line by line. If the scope changes, we go over it with you before any extra work starts.
- Size of the area
- Square footage drives most of it. More lawn means more sod, more mulch and more hours on the mower.
- Access to the work
- A wide side gate lets equipment roll in. A tight backyard behind a pool cage means more hand-carrying and more time.
- What's under the surface
- Sandy soil, old roots, buried rock or a tangle of old irrigation lines all add work. We point these out on the walkthrough so they're in the estimate.
- Materials you choose
- Pine straw costs differently than hardwood mulch. Pavers vary by style and thickness. We show you options at a few levels and you pick.
- Tree height and location
- A tall oak leaning toward the house takes more rigging and care than one in the open. Palms over a roof or near power lines take extra time too.
- Haul-off and cleanup
- Large removals, bamboo and storm debris mean more trailer loads. That's a line on the estimate, not a hidden charge.
How a Job Runs
It starts with a phone call and a visit. Here's what happens after that.
- 1
You call and we set a time
Tell us what's bugging you about the yard. We'll set a day to come out and look.
- 2
We walk the property with you
We check the lawn, beds, trees, drainage and sprinklers. We take photos of anything you should see, like a broken head or a cracked limb, and talk about what's coming up with the season.
- 3
You get a written estimate
It lists what we'd do and what it costs, item by item. No pressure. Take your time with it.
- 4
We do the work and clean up
We show up on the day we set, protect walks and turf where the equipment goes, and haul off the debris. Before we leave, we walk it with you again.

About Us
We're a small company that does yard work in and around Lake Mary. We answer the phone ourselves, we show up to look at the job ourselves, and the people who give you the estimate are the people who stand behind the work.
Most of what we do comes down to timing. St. Augustine grass that goes into the dry months with a weak root system will struggle until the rains come back. A palm full of dead fronds is a problem in August, not in March. We try to stay a season ahead so you're not calling us after something has already gone wrong.

How We Work
Plants here don't wait for a convenient time. We schedule the work for when it does the most good, and we tell you plainly what can wait.
- 01
We work ahead of the weather
Trees get thinned before storm season, not after a branch is on the fence. Sod goes down when there's water to root it. Irrigation gets checked before the dry spring, when lawns start to brown.
- 02
Straight answers on repair or replace
If a patch of lawn can be saved with better watering and a fix to one broken head, we say so. We'd rather fix the cause than sell you new sod you don't need.
- 03
Written estimates you can read
You get the job broken into lines: labor, materials, haul-off. If something changes once we dig in, like old roots or a buried line, we stop and talk to you before we go further.
- 04
We leave it clean
Clippings get blown off drives and walks. Debris gets hauled away. We put down boards where equipment crosses the lawn so you're not left with ruts.
- 05
One crew for the whole yard
Lawn, beds, trees and irrigation are tied together. A sprinkler zone spraying the wrong way can rot mulch beds and starve the grass next to them, so we look at both.
Questions We Get Asked
Is the walkthrough really free?
Yes. We come out, look at the yard with you and give you a written estimate. There's no charge for that visit and no obligation to hire us.
When is the best time to put in new sod?
Late spring into summer is usually best, because the rains help the roots take hold. Sod can go in other times of year, but it needs more careful watering. We'll tell you what to expect for the season you're in.
Should I trim my trees before hurricane season?
It's a good idea. Thinning crowns and taking out dead or crossing limbs lets wind pass through and cuts down on breakage. We like to get that work done in spring, before the busy summer months.
My lawn has brown patches. Do I need new sod?
Not always. Brown spots often come from a sprinkler zone that's not covering, chinch bugs or a disease, and some of those can be fixed. We'll look at the cause first and tell you honestly if the grass can come back.
Do you offer financing for bigger projects?
Yes. We offer financing up to $100,000 on 2–12-year terms, no prepayment penalties. It's useful for jobs like a new patio, full sod replacement or a landscape redesign. Ask about it when we come out.
Do I need to be home when you do the work?
Usually not, as long as we can get to the yard and any gates are unlocked. We do like you there for the first walkthrough so we can talk through what you want. After the job, we'll let you know we're done.
How do you handle watering rules?
Our area has set watering days, and we set irrigation timers to follow them. We also adjust run times as the seasons change, so you're not overwatering in the rainy months or coming up short in spring.
Let's Look at Your Yard Before the Next Season
We'll walk the property with you, point out what needs attention now and what can wait, and leave you a written estimate. It costs you nothing.
